Mentorship Program

Welcome to the Washington, DC Chapter of the ROCKS, Inc. Mentorship Program web page. Our mentorship program, which is synchronized with our national mentorship program objectives, is designed with you in mind. It is established to fulfill the needs for coaching, teaching and mentoring within our chapter. Please see our mentorship program package on this web page to volunteer to be a mentor or receive mentorship. Our program operates using the concepts of Communities of Practice (CoPs), which are organized around our career fields and branches. We have had many members to step forward to serve as Senior Mentors and Lead Mentors and we are looking for more volunteers. We would like to thank our Mentoring Committee members for taking on the task of developing this much needed program.
