TO VOLUNTEER FOR THE RACE COMMITTEE OR RACE DAY/EVENTS
Volunteers are needed to assist with the Annual ROCKS 5 Miler. Volunteers will help with various activities to include race safety, registration, finish line operations, planning, course layout, refreshments, etc. If interested in helping, please email us your contact information to the 5 Miler Race Committee Chairman at

PACKET PICK-UP
Pre-registered participants may pick up race packets on
September 12, at Burke Lake Park, near the Ice Cream Parlor from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., or the morning of the race from 6:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Late registration is also available on race day from 6:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
DIRECTIONS
Beltway exit 54A, proceed West on Braddock Road; turn left on
Burke Lake Park Road. Take Burke Lake Road to Ox Road (Rt 123).
Turn left on Ox Road and continue to the park entrance on the
left, just past the golf course entrance. The race will begin near
the ice cream parlor parking lot. |
